The CMI offers protein purification services on the [AKTA Pure Liquid Chromatography System ](/fast-protein-liquid-chromatography "Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC)")with block fraction collection, using size-exclusion chromatography and ion-exchange chromatography. The CMI also offers analytical size-exclusion chromatography services on the [Agilent Infinity 1260 System](/analytical-chromatography-fsec "Analytical Chromatography - fSEC") with autosampler.

- Small to medium scale purification
    - Cytiva 1 ml column, anion or cation exchange

- Rapid Analytical SEC data collection
    - Sepax SRT SEC-300 , 7.8x50mm

- Fluorescence and UV detector
