#  For Instrument Access, do I need a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA)? 

 



No. Users may be required to provide general information about samples brought to the Facility in order to comply with safety regulations and to facilitate training, but instrument access users should not disclose any confidential information to personnel of the CMI.
