All users are charged fees for [training and access](/access-and-training-fees "Access and Training Fees") to CMI instruments and for [CMI services](/data-collection-service-fees "Data Collection Service Fees"). Rates are reviewed annually and posted here. **Fees are determined based on the** ***primary institution (institution paying invoices) of the user's Principal Investigator*****.**

**Training fees** are charged ***per user*** per instrument. Training is small group (1-4 trainees).
