- **All Users from** ***External Labs (academic and commercial)**,* who are requesting training and instrument access or services, are required to submit a signed CMI User Agreement.
- Users unaffiliated with Harvard Medical School, must also submit a signed Harvard Risk and Release Form for building access.

Please Note:

- We DO NOT accept any modifications to our standard user agreements.



 

 External Academic Users Commercial Users 

## External Academic Users

- Users from academic institutions affiliated with Harvard Medical School (BCH, BIDMC, BWH, DFCI, MGH, Ragon) need to submit a CMI User Agreement.
- Users from unaffiliated academic institutions (BU, Tufts, UMass, Brandeis, etc) need to submit both a CMI User agreement and a Harvard Risk and Release form.
- The "Institution" in some user agreements is the Company and should be signed by an ***institutional signing official*** (consult with your PI or your legal department, if unsure).

Required user agreement for for External Academic Labs requesting Yeast Surface Display Nanobody Selections. A new agreement is required for each selection project (but a project may include more than one antigen).



 



 

 

 

## Commercial Users

- The "Client" in the commercial user agreements is the Company and should be signed by an ***institutional signing official*** (consult your director or your legal department, if unsure who has this authority).
