Okta Verify (two-factor authentication) Required for PPMS Login

To improve account security, HMS has implemented Okta Verify for two-factor authentication (2FA) to sign in to PPMS as of Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM

To avoid sign-in issues, set up Okta Verify for your HMS account. You can use the Forgot My ID tool if you don’t remember your HMS account ID. 

Even if you already use Okta Verify with your HarvardKey, you must set it up separately for your HMS account, which is used to access PPMS.
