CMI Getting Started Checklist

Checklist for getting started at the CMI:

  1. Read and Understand our Policies
  2. Read and Understand our Fees
  3. Submit a CMI Account Creation Form
    1. For instrument training and access, we'll follow up with instructions for getting setup in our PPMS booking system
    2. To request Data Collection Services or Nanobody Services, submit a preliminary CMI Sample Form
  4. EXTERNAL USERS will also need:
    • a signed CMI User Agreement
    • a signed Harvard Risk and Release Form, if you will need a sponsored HUID for instrument access
    • a Purchase Order to cover expected CMI charges (a standing PO is recommended)
      • External Users requesting Nanobody selection services (academic users only), require a special Nanobody Services Agreement that must be signed by the User, their PI, and by an Institutional Signing Official.
