The instruments in the CMI are available for use by all HMS-affiliated academic laboratories. Limited access may be give to users from unaffiliated academic labs and non-academic labs, at the discretion of the director. To offset some of the cost of instrument maintenance, all users are charged access fees for training and use of CMI instruments. The CMI also offers select Data Collection Services.
All Users from External Labs, who are requesting training and instrument access, are required to submit a signed CMI User Agreement. Users from External labs that are not affiliated with Harvard Medical School and who need building access (for training and instrument use) MUST ALSO submit a signed Harvard Risk and Release Form. Users requesting data collection services should submit either an Academic User Agreement or a Commercial Lab Services Agreement.
All CMI Users must follow these instrument access policies. Failure to do so may result in termination of access privileges.
Acknowledgments
In an effort to justify past and future financial support, it's essential for us to demonstrate that the CMI is productively advancing research in the community. The best way to do this is to document publications that use CMI resources.
If you use any CMI resources, please acknowledge...
