Harvard Labs - Internal billing (33-digit Harvard Billing Code)

  • Invoices for internal Harvard Labs, paying via a 33-digit Harvard billing code, are managed through PPMS with departmental grant managers.

External Labs

  • Invoices for External labs or Harvard labs billing externally (e.g. HHMI) are sent from Harvard Accounts Receivable and may be paid online or by mail (see below for details).
  • External service projects require a PO before work begins.
